With the continued surge of stress on higher education in Chile, comes restructuring and consideration about the provisions of public vs. private institutions.  In response to this, the Pontifica Universidad Católica de Chile (DuocUC) provides an aggressive campaign of development for their technical college programs and delivery.  The Sede Santiago project grew from this program, responding to the need for a sustainable campus in the heart of Santiago, Chile, one that would offer a comprehensive program to this community.

The design takes an entire city block and stages an innovative campus that provides opportunity for both academic and community engagement.  The project is set to infuse the community with student vitality and life, a creative educational presence, and a dynamic partner for this thriving district.
