Orange County and the area around Irvine, California are well known for its progressive activities in real estate, development, and environmental change.  In direct response and educational partnership, the Paul Merage School of Business created the Center for Real Estate to continue to make positive contributions to its extended communities.

Our design reflects spaces found in the real estate industry, staging real-world scenarios of both practice and research.  Even in its small size, this venue provides a direct connection to its extended community, while keeping focused on its goals of academic and professional development.
