Completing any vision in phases can be complicated as time may alter goals or a mission of any program.  When the Rady School of Management determined to move into their phase two program, extending into undergraduate education, they felt committed to not only maintain their original vision, but also to expand upon their dynamic ideals in the education of innovative business practice and thought.  

In this, the architecture not only needed to align with the initial project, but it also wanted to use the new design elements to continue challenging the typical educational stage, creating inspirational spaces and opportunities for flexible teaching and innovative learning.  From inception to its completion, the Rady School of Management and the design of its facility have showcased a clear expression of their goals and mission as a new and dynamic business program in Southern California.
